Push for a fix to the Country of Origin Labeling “produced” standard so mushrooms labeled “Product of USA” reflect the full growing cycle — inoculation, incubation, and fruiting — not harvest alone.
Demand fair trade treatment
By sending joint letters and holding meetings with Congress, USDA, and state officials we can have a united voice as speciality mushroom growers
Preserve cultivation knowledge
Speciality mushroom cultivation is an emerging industry - by sharing knowledge and best practices we can learn and grow together to provide the United States with enough speciality mushrooms to meet demand.
